When will my order ship?
In-stock orders ship in 1–3 business days. Pre-orders ship on the date listed on each product page; the 1–3 day window doesn't apply to them.
How much is shipping?
US Standard is free on orders of $70 and up, and $8 under that. US Express is $15. International rates show at checkout.
What does 'sold unfinished' mean?
Your Rambler starts with your home state. The rest is up to you: every patch you add along the way writes the next chapter.
How does the Rambler fit?
Boxy and slightly cropped; it sits at the waist with roomy shoulders and chest. Take your usual size. Between sizes, tall, or wearing a hoodie underneath? Size up.

Can I return something?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery. Send it back unused and unwashed with tags on. Refunds go to your original payment, minus a $10 restocking fee. Return shipping is on you unless we sent the wrong piece or it arrived damaged. Start a return through the Contact page.
